Attention GRRWA customers!!!
Starting NOV 06th the Keokuk Transfer Station will no longer be excepting Recycled Shingles. Shingles will be accepted as general trash at the Transfer Station. The Shingle Recycling Program will continue as normal at the Ft Madison Landfill Location.
